SBFC is a not-for-profit teen wellness and substance use prevention project created by a local business, LSM Communications, LLC, pro-bono for our South Bay community. Please visit the SouthBayFamiliesConnected.org for our mission statement, list of ambassadors, and sponsors.
Since its launch in August of 2015, thousands of residents have visited the SBFC and partner school websites, and hundreds have attended SBFC events. The SBFC website offers the South Bay community curated galleries of national and local resources, a monthly parent education series (co-sponsored by Beach Cities Health District), a free monthly Families Connected e-newsletter, a South Bay community event calendar, a parent blog, and numerous ways for parents to connect around the issues of teen wellness.
